Mike Hartshorne's Year in Review
2025 was another unforgettable year, filled with travel, milestones, and
plenty of moments that made me pause and feel grateful.
I started the year visiting Buenos Aires for the Royal LePage
Chairman’s Club conference and Rio De Janiero—both of which were a great
opportunity to meet old and new friends from the Royal LePage network across
Canada.
One of the biggest highlights came at the Royal LePage National Sales
Conference, where I was truly humbled to receive the A.E. LePage
National Realtor of the Year Award. It was an honour I’ll never
forget, and one that means a lot. I can't thank my team mates enough for
thinking to nominate me ♥️
Later in the year, Michael and I travelled through Europe, spending time in
Malta, Denmark and Amsterdam. It was a perfect mix of sunshine, wandering, and
recharging—something we both needed.
Back home, life in View Royal continues to be full (and funny) thanks to our
French Bulldogs, Mitzi and Steve, who remain fiercely committed to their
ongoing toy rivalry. We also began building a small cabin out in Jordan River,
which has been a fun and slightly chaotic new project.
As always, I’m incredibly grateful for the clients, friends and family we
get to live alongside and work with this year, and appreciate being let into
your homes and lives in such a meaningful way. It's a privilege to work
with a client base such as we have, and we're always so appreciative of your
kind words, business, referrals and keeping in touch throughout the year.
Wishing you a wonderful holiday season and an exciting 2026 ahead!

What a year! 2025 has been full of change, adventure, and a
whole lot to be grateful for. The biggest highlight for our family was finally
making the move to Metchosin — something we’ve talked
about for years. We loved our home in Westview, but when this house became
available, we knew it was finally time. We’re absolutely loving country life!
We did a wonderful family
trip to the Caribbean in the spring, and this fall I had the most
amazing time in Nashville for the Royal LePage National Conference,
where it was so exciting to watch Mike win the RLP Realtor of the Year
award — so proud of him!
Our work family has grown
this year, and I’m honestly so proud of the amazing group I get to work with
every day. It’s exciting to see how far we’ve come, and even more exciting to
imagine what next year will bring.
At home, life is busy in
the best way. Wesley turns 10 this year (how?!) and he’s really gotten
into drawing, computers, and bike riding through the neighbourhood — there’s
always something to explore out there. Murphy turned 3, and with all the
extra space now, we’re pretty sure he’s getting a friend (or two) soon…
Thank you to everyone who’s
been part of our journey this year — clients, friends, family, and our awesome
community. Here’s to more fun, connection, and new adventures in 2026!
Sarah Williamson's Year in Review
As 2025 comes to a close, my heart is full. This year has reminded me how important it is to cherish the people we love, and I am so grateful for everyone who continues to be part of my life and my journey. To all our clients spending your first Christmas in your new homes — may this be the beginning of many years of traditions, laughter, and beautiful memories. This fall, I had the honour of completing my third Trek for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. Alongside 120 dedicated Royal LePage agents from across Canada, we hiked 100 km through the villages and jungles of Cambodia, braving blistering heat for a cause that means so much to me. The Shelter Foundation supports women and children escaping intimate partner violence — and I truly believe that everyone deserves a safe place to call home. Together, we raised over $1.6 million, a powerful reminder that “Royal LePage — helping you is what we do.” If you know me, you know that sunshine is my happy place. This year I was lucky enough to spend time recharging in Mexico, and later exploring Thailand before my Cambodia trek. Thailand’s beauty, culture, and warmth have captured my heart — and I can’t wait to return and discover even more. Most of all, connecting with you — our clients — continues to be my deepest joy. Helping you find the right home, or take the next step into a new chapter, is a privilege I never take for granted. Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and allowing me to be part of your lives. Wishing you a holiday season filled with love, and a new year overflowing with health, success, and adventure. With heartfelt gratitude — Sarah
Rhys Duch's Year in Review
Happiest of Holidays to everybody! I hope everyone has
had a positive and productive year in 2025. It has been another fun and
challenging year helping our clients navigate and respond to the ever shifting
market and rate and rule changes, and as always we appreciate everyone for
trusting us to help. This year our son Finnley started grade five, and our
daughter Taylor started grade three at the brand new elementary school on
Latoria. It's a daily adventure seeing the amazing little people they are
growing into. Our travels this year have taken us to the Caribbean in the
Spring, and we just got back from our first family European adventure in Italy
and France! The kids were troopers while we travelled around to see the
history, and I'm sure they will be wanting some more beach and play time
on our next adventure. We also stay busy with youth sports, where I am happy to
help coach and support. Wishing everyone safe and pleasant holidays, and all
the best in 2026!

As we wrap up another year in real estate,
we’re feeling incredibly grateful. 2025 brought its fair share of market shifts
and new directions, but supporting our clients through every change has
remained the most rewarding part of what we do. Thank you to everyone who
trusted our team to guide you through one of life’s biggest decisions, it means
a lot to us! This year, our team once again
participated in the Shelter Foundation’s Night Light Walk, raising funds
to support women and children escaping domestic violence in our community. It’s
a cause close to our hearts, and we’re honoured to contribute to the important
work being done.On a personal note, it’s been a pretty
special year too. Steve and I were married in September at the beautiful Deep
Cove Winery, surrounded by our closest friends and family. We also
expanded our little family by adopting Touché, a retired Whistler sled
dog. All in all, it’s been a year full of
connection, meaning, and memorable moments. We’re excited for the year ahead
and wishing you a joyful holiday season!
